"Five Stories"
Pallavi unveiled her breathtaking new couture line "Five Stories" at the couture week in Mumbai on 13th October. Pallavi presented the unusual saree dresses, lehengas, jackets, kurtas and lace saris in her signature style with intricate embroideries and detiling.
"Flirtation"
A line of feminine and flirty lehengas with pre draped dupattas. Nets, satins with velvets add a very soft and feminine touch. The colour pallete is champagne gold, suger pink, apricots and peaches mint greens etc. These light as air lehengas look very elaborate with glamorou,s wonderfully pre draped dupattas. These garments with their draped dupattas have an ultra glamorous look.
"Kalamkari"
With this line, we revisit the olden time prints done with mordent dyes. Palampores which were mainly exported, were hugely popular in UK and Europe at that time. The prominent colours were brick reds and dove blues. Pallavi has translated this line into embroidery with Badla-lurex cords in various hues along with crystals and sequences. This is the Bridal line of today. The fabrics used are opulent golds-rose golds, laces and lame's etc. A line which really defines new age luxury.
"Le Saree Dress"

"Le Saree Dress"
Pallavi has created evening wear which looks like sarees or ghagras with draped dupattas once worn. The silhouettes are sexy and sensuous and there is a feeling of lightness going on to flirty. They can be easily worn for formal occassions without being hassled about draping the dupattas or sarees. Created for the modern women of today.
"Le Rouge"
This line has a happy look about it due to its bright colour pallete. The colours used are various shades of red to pinks along with and gold and antique silver. The reds are offset with dusty pink, silver and gold embroidery. This line comprises of sarees and lehengas in tulle and georgettes.
